Michigan, Orlando, Oakland, Philadelphia, Houston, Arizona, Tampa Bay, and Baltimore are eliminated from the playoff picture. New Jersey, Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, Seattle, and Birmingham control their own destiny and would qualify with 2 wins. All others need some help.
