As we look ahead to the late 1990's in the USFL, which football stars do you think the league should strive to sign? Use the comments section to give your top choices or to write in names not on the list below. They cannot sign every top player coming out of the NCAA, and some will simply jump to the NFL instead, but there will be high draft picks in both leagues who opt for the USFL. Who do you feel would be a good fit for the more wide-open, fun-filled spring league?
Class of 1996: WR Keyshawn Johnson, HB Lawrence Phillips, DE Simeon Rice, HB Tim Biakabatuka, HB Eddie George, WR Eric Moulds, QB Bobby Hoying, LB Teddy Bruschi, WR Terrell Owens

Lawrence Phillips to St. Louis
Terrell Owens, Jake Plummer, Randy Moss, Duante Culpepper all sign with USFL. REMEMBER if they went to a smaller school typically they would wind up here!
1996: Eddie George - Ohio Glory
1998: Ryan Leaf - Seattle Dragons
1999: Donovan McNabb, Daunte Culpepper
Eddie George and Hoying both have to sign with the Glory. I’d like to see the USFL sign some of those guys that turned out to be busts in the NFL. Potentially changing their career paths.
